Return Policy


You can always shop with confidence at TACS7 Trending Accessories. When you shop with TACS, you enjoy the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to TACS7 and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.


This policy applies to all purchases made from TACS7 store. Please note that all returns, refunds or exchange requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase/Order Number.
Once you have provided satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and the item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and the item is not a Special Exception (refer to Special Exception below)


Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are permitted to the benefit of legislative consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from TACS7. In accordance with New Zealand Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek an exchange or refund, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

a. 13 DAYS RETURNS GUARANTEE
Items can be returned/refunded within 13 days of receiving as long as they are unwashed, unworn and unused.
b. FULL REFUND IF THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED
i.Any products can receive a full refund if they are not as described. First, email us at info@tacsinternationalltd.com and the return address will be emailed to you. Return the item to get full refund. The cost of return will not be included in the refund. The cost of return will be at your own cost.
iii. FULL REFUND FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
iv. FULL REFUND IF THE ITEM DOES NOT REACH WITHIN 50 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDERING
v. FULL REFUND if the product you receive the product is faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

vi. ITEM LOST: If the item is lost by courier agents, you will get a notification that the item is lost. You simply have to opt for FULL REFUND or RESEND and email us at info@tacsinternationalltd.com. If you opt for RESEND option, you will receive a personal discount coupon for your next sale. 

Size Exchange

TACS does not offer an exchange or refund on apparel, if the size selected is incorrect or measured wrong, unless the item sent is a different size from ordered, is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you.


Special Exceptions


TACS does not offer an exchange or refund on the discounted items and gift coupon purchase unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.
